It is always a good idea to protect your floor with a mat, the lubrication is a must for most equipment particularly a Treadmill and as fitness is all about maintaining the correct heart rate you will need the Reebok Slimline 10 (female) or the Reebok RS1 (Male).

 

The heart rate strap in the Reebok Hear Rate Monitors will provide accurate heart rate information to both the watch included and your equipment if it has a Telemetric Heart Rate receiver.
