The BodyWorx L378R Power Cage with  Adjustable Pulley is a great all rounder. It comes standard with a Lat Pull Down and Low Row Assembly. It also has 2 weight plate holders for storage and easy swapping of weight plate.

The Body Worx Power Cage is designed for walk-in squat and pressing exercises.

 

Frame: Power coated steel striker plate frame. Chrome weight plate slide system ensures smooth movement. Adjustable bar and safety catches.

Pulleys: Nylon pulleys with sealed ball bearings.

Storage: Weight plate storage pegs suitable to accommodate standard or Olympic size plates
