The BodyWorx L680C Deluxe Linear Bearings Smith Machine is a full featured workout station. Smith Machines are set to a 7 degree reversed pitch which allows the user to perform precise upper and lower body movements.

The Body Worx L680C Deluxe Smith Machine is a popular unit because unlike regular barbells, you do not have to rack them up after a set. Smith Machines are useful for exercises in which the user just needs upward and downward barbell motion.
