Delivery Policy

All deliveries within 80km the GPO of your capital city are free of charge unless otherwise indicated.

Deliveries to ACT, Tasmania, Northern Territory attract additional freight charges.

Where ever additional freight charges are applied you will be made aware of these costs prior to finalisation of your order.

We endeavour to keep any additional freight charges to an absolute minimum by working very closely with our freight providers.

Stairs

Your freight is delivered buy a common carrier. We take responsibility to deliver the goods to your property, but take no responsibility for the placement of these goods within your property.

Our carriers will not handle your delivery up any form of stairs.

We can make arrangement to have your equipment hand delivered to your desired location within your property, however this does incur additional charges and will need to be arranged prior to dispatch.

Insurance

Your freight is fully insured by fitquip until accepted by you.

Return Freight

All return freight is at the client expense except where Fitquip agrees to pay the return freight costs or the freight is damaged and requires return to Fitquip.

If you cancel the order during transit you will be liable for the freight costs.

It is the responsibility of the customer to adequately repack and label the goods for return freight. It is always a good idea to keep the packaging until you are happy with the equipment.
