It's been terrific so far. Was not that hard to put together and worked the way we hoped first time .The speed and incline buttons are easy to use and the programs can be a challenge for first timers

Great product, I love using it. Instructions were easy enough to follow. A you tube video would be great for the instructions as your other you tube videos are great! Overall great easy service & quick delivery. Great communication through email.
