    Re: Delivery of Paradigm Cyber Vibe - Report of Missung Hardware peices - K, Darwin.

    I refer to our telecon of Wednesday 19th Oct, a quick note to advise, after receiving your welcomed advice, I tried to assemble the Cyber Vibe machine and attempted to match up all the assembly points, (holes with the screws) in doing this exercise I found the missing hardware peices.  Previously the holes I thought needed screws did not match and wasn't part of the assembly points.

    Therefore I am very pleased to report it appears I have all the hardware peices.  The unit is assembled and appears to be working fine.  My sincere apologies for panicking, and thinking I didn't have all the bits and peices, I feel very embarrassed in raising my alarm and concern.  I am so sorry for wasting your time. (You must have thought who is this crazy lady...I can only offer it's troppo season up here in the top end, so please forgive me....ha!ha!ha!...no excuse I know!!!!)

    May I take this opportuniity to express my heartfelt appreciation and thanks to you for your patience, prompt attention to my concern, professionalism and expert advice in the face of my alarm.  Your understanding and customer service is/was outstanding. 
    Additionally, during this transaction, your staff have been wonderful, very understanding and courteous. A refreshing and very positive experience, so I truly do thank you.

    So I get a phone call yesterday from Barry (delivery) who said he had a treadmill for me. This was then delivered. We only bought it on Wednesday and I wasn't expecting it for another 5 days.

    The whole expereience of buying a treadmill through Fitquip was excellent. I've never been so excited to receive a peice of sports equipment. Your company managed to tick all the boxes:

    • Met our needs in relation to the right equipment for fitness.
    • Met our price requirements
    • Informed us of other products, prices and options.
    • Explained the care and maintenance of the equipment.

    This is to let you know that the treadmill was received ahead of the scheduled delivery date.

    My compliments to you & your team for answering my questions with courtesy and accuracy, with out any hyperbole to sell it at all costs, prior to me committing to the purchase.

    Also, the delivery man was most cheerful & pleasant. He did not require any help, for which I was grateful. The delivery was from Newcastle. Perhaps you can pass my appreciation on to this boss.

     I did not have any trouble putting it together. 

    My wife, and I, are pleased with both, the performance and appearance of the treadmill.
