WHAT can be returned?
All products can be returned in line with our statutory responsibility’s according the Australian Consumer Law. In some circumstances we will charge a restocking fee.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified immediately upon you receiving the goods as to the nature of the issue and the reason that you wish to return the product.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
The goods to be returned need to return to their warehouse of origin in either Brisbane or Perth.
HOW do customers return items?
We will instruct you as the how the goods are to be retuned depending on the item. In general, the product must be returned in as new condition and must be repackaged in a way as to insure transit without damage back to our warehouse.
SHIPPING for returns?
The nature of the issue or reason for return will dictate who is responsible for the original freight costs and the return freight costs. This will be confirmed once your return has been approved / confirmed.
CREDIT for returns?
You will be refunded the agreed amount as confirmed upon acceptance of your claim, once the product has been received at our warehouse. As detailed above, in some cases there may be a restocking fee and / or freight charges.
